The nay is tuned as a Dokka (Re) or D.
This nay is made of synthetic material either plastic of fibre glass according
to the mathematical formula which was discovered by Magdy El-Ashmawy, which
enables the production to be constant in producing perfectly tuned nays. Plus
the very special feature of the tuning slide which enables the player to precisely
tune to match any fixed tuned instrument.
Each Nay is sold with:
1) a hard case
2) a dvd which contains the testimony of various masters in the Arabic music
3) a personalized owner certificate by Mr. El-Ashmawy bearing his signature.
